X-ray phase imaging is expected to be applied to polymer materials research because of its high sensitivity. High-speed phase imaging is possible using synchrotron radiation and Talbot interferometer. So far, fringe scanning method has been mainly used to obtain high spatial resolution phase images, and multiple fringe image acquisitions have been required. In this study, we investigate a method to obtain absorption, scattering, and differential phase images in a single shot while maintaining the equivalent spatial resolution as the fringe scanning method by using machine learning.
