In recent years, researchers have been focusing on cyborg insects, which utilize living insects as robots. In many studies, however, the electrical stimulation for insect control is done by invasive methods. In this study, a technology to mount stretchable film electrodes for electrical stimulation without an adhesive layer on the insect abdominal surface was established. Also, we report the relationship between the treatment method of the insect abdominal surface and the conditions of electrical stimulation.
