In recent years, soluble molecular materials with excellent electrical properties have been actively developed for the development of organic electronics. However, in general solution processes, halogenated aromatics, which have high solubility but are highly toxic, are used. In this study, we fabricated organic ferroelectric transistors by depositing TIPS pentacene/PMMA blend films on ferroelectric polymer by electrostatic spray deposition using only environmentally friendly solvents. As a result, we obtained excellent memory characteristics.
