In recent years, there has been significant attention on the Moiré superlattices formed by stacking atomically thin materials. Our focus is on creating nanostructures on a twisted bilayer of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) to locally control its properties. In this study, we utilized alcohol CVD to fabricate graphene nanostructures on the twisted bilayer h-BN, and their characterization was conducted through TEM observation and Raman spectroscopy. Furthermore, we will discuss the impact of different stacking angles on the growth process.
