In this study, a metal oxide based interconnecting and window layer consisting of Zn-doped In2O3 (IZO) bilayer was investigated for efficient solution-processed perovskite/n-Si monolithic tandem solar cells using formamidinium-cesium lead triiodide, FACsPbI3 (bandgap energy, Eg=1.55 eV), and PEDOT:PSS. For monolithic FACsPbI3/n-Si tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 18 % was achieved by adjusting the layer thickness of FACsPbI3 and PEDOT:PSS.
