Highly oriented large-grain-sized perovskite layers are essential for fabricating high-performance perovskite solar cells; however, cracks are difficult to avoid in their formation processes. As a result, the hole/electron-transfer and/or electrode materials penetrate through the crack spaces, and the power conversion efficiencies are considerably decreased by short circuits. To overcome this drawback, I have tried to utilize carbon nanotube thin films as both a hole-transfer layer and top electrode.
