Perovskite solar cells are lightweight and thin, making them suitable for a
variety of applications. Researchers have been investigating a method of
electrode extraction by direct pressure bonding of ITO-PEN film on a film
substrate of a sequential structure perovskite solar cell. The performance of
cells in which electrodes were crimped by heat press after UV ozone treatment
of ITO-PEN film was high, but even in cells in which a short-circuit current value
of 10 mA/cm2 or higher was expected, the value was only 0.5 mA/cm2,
indicating that further improvement was needed. Therefore, in this study, the
structure of the test cell was reviewed and the surface treatment of the ITO-
PEN film was also examined.
