Self-assembled barium titanate nanoparticle films have been reported to exhibit properties superior to conventional films. We previously discuss that the directly fabricate self-assembled aggregates by single crystal fine particle dispersion ink. However, the shape and particle size of hydrothermally synthesized particles was not uniform. Therefore, in this study, we reported that the investigation results of the effect of raw material concentration on particle shape and size.
