[20a-A309-8]Heat treatment effect of (Bi, K)TiO3 based thin film prepared by hydrothermal method

Our group successfully prepared high-quality (Bi, K)TiO3 thin films with polar oriented axis by hydrothermal method in 2022. The tetragonality (c/a) of the obtained films was much larger than previously reported values. DFT calculations by Jiang et al. showed that the tetragonality of (Bi, K)TiO3 increases when Bi and K are ordered in a specific orientation. In this study, we report on our investigation of the effect of heat treatment on (Bi, K)TiO3 prepared by hydrothermal method.
