In this study, we focused on gold nanoparticles. Gold nanoparticles exhibit a specific optical property called plasmon. Since this property is sensitive to changes in the dielectric constant of the particle surface, it is expected to be applied to biosensors by fixing ligand molecules that bind to disease markers on the nanoparticle surface. In this study, we report on our investigation of the conditions for the fabrication of gold nanoparticles by APD and their analysis.
