SrTiO3-based photocatalysts have been reported to exhibit high apparent quantum yields (AQY) by controlling the bulk structure through fluxing and optimizing the surface catalytic sites. However, the activity of SrTiO3 photocatalysts depends on the raw material SrTiO3, and it is difficult to reproduce 100% AQY because this factor is not clear. In this study, we aimed to obtain SrTiO3 photocatalysts showing high AQY using SrTiO3 raw powder prepared by hydrothermal method.
