High apparent quantum yields (AQY) of SrTiO3-based photocatalysts have been reported to be obtained by controlling the bulk structure through flux treatment, co-doping Al3+ and Sc3+ ions into Ti4+ sites, and optimizing the surface catalytic sites. Here, we aimed to increase the activity of Al,Sc-SrTiO3 photocatalysts by using BaCl2 mixed with SrCl2, which has been used as a flux.
