We report the demonstration of a super-resolution imaging technique, called Reversible Switchable Optical Raman Transition (RESORT), using photoswitchable Raman probes. In addition to the two near-infrared picosecond laser pulses used for stimulated Raman scattering microscopy, a weak ultraviolet light and a visible donut beam are introduced. Super-resolution imaging is achieved by generating SRS signals from the photoswitchable Raman probes only at the center of the donut beam.
