Perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) fill in surface defects through ligands and acquire dispersibility in organic solvents. However, yields of PeQDs in the synthesis process still need to be higher due to their poor dispersion stability. Tish is because the specific compatibility requirements between surface ligands and organic solvents for PeQDs' dispersion have yet to be clarified. In this research, we have successfully developed a high-yield synthesis process for PeQDs by carefully selecting surface ligands and organic solvents based on their solubility parameters.
