We measured SIMS spectra of benzene pyridinium films deposited on Si substrates while randomly changing the size (number of constituent molecules) of Ar and water clusters between 500 and 3000. We found that the molecular ion yield of water clusters was higher than that of Ar clusters around E/n = 2.4 eV. We will discuss the dynamic process of sputtering by water and Ar clusters.
