Improve of spin-resolved microscopic analysis requires spin-polarized electron sources. In this study, we measured dependence of spin-polarization on emission current from a Co/Pt nano protruded structure which is candidate of electron sources with both high brightness and high spin-polarization. The spin-polarization increased as emission current decreased. This result may be caused by that contribution of minority spin electrons to emission current decreases as emission current is lower.
