For THz waves, low phase noise is important to realize ultrahigh speed and large capacity in 6G. Therefore, the optical/THz conversion of near-infrared optical beat signals can be used to generate THz waves with low phase noise. Furthermore, by using the internal optical beats of the micro-optic comb, good low phase noise characteristics can be obtained, which is a promising method for THz communications. In this study, THz wireless communication using micro optical comb is performed by BPSK modulation, and the communication characteristics are evaluated.
