We present the research findings on the deposition of conductive nano-carbon ohmic electrodes and evaluation of spin injection in spin valve devices using single-crystal diamond. This study focuses on the fabrication of spin valve devices using single-crystal diamond, which is gaining attention as a superior material in semiconductor power devices compared to SiC. We have conducted an evaluation of spin injection in these devices.
