[20p-P05-9] ZnAl₂O₄ Sensor Synthesized on Al Substrate by Hydrothermal Method

ZnAl₂O₄ is one of the important material as the functional ceramics, and its application studies are actively conducted as the phospher, catalyst and some semiconductor. Therefore, development of the chemical synthesis route is considered to promote the application. For example, if we can develop the technique making the surface of metal aluminum changing to the ZnAl₂O₄, it expands the applications of this material. We succeeded in developing the technique, and verified the effectivity by testing the performance as the humidity sensor.
