[20p-P06-11]Development of a Thermal Treatment Process Using Laser for CZTS Compound Thin Film Solar Cells

CZTS compound semiconductor thin films are generally formed by high temperature (>500°C) and long duration (~1hour) sulfurization treatment after precursor formation. In this study, crystallization of the precursor was attempted using a laser instead of sulfurization by irradiating a Cu-Zn-Sn-S precursor thin film placed in an Ar or 5%H2S/Ar gas atmosphere with a laser of 445 nm wavelength, crystals with an optical band gap of 1.43-1.44 eV were successfully formed.
