Optical diffraction tomography (ODT) is an interferometric technique that measures the refractive index (RI) distribution of a sample in three dimensions and is used to visualize transparent samples, including biological tissues ODT generally reconstructs the refractive index from measurements of multiple interferograms of an object obtained at various illumination angles. In this study, an iterative reconstruction algorithm incorporating constraint conditions was numerically investigated to improve the accuracy of ODT.
