[21a-B202-4]Pr-assisted molecular-beam-epitaxy synthesis of a cubic ReNx superconductor

We report crystal growth of cubic ReNx prepared by molecular beam pitaxy. There are less reports about the growth of cubic ReNx. Although this material is indicated as a superconductor, there are no clear results of both Meissner effect and zero resistivity. While we investigate complex nitride system with lanthanoid, we found that the cubic ReNx is stabilized by Pr addition, and the film shows the both Meissner effect and zero resistivity.
