NV centers in diamond are expected to be applicated for high-sensitivity and high-resolution quantum sensor and other applications. If quantum entanglement state between dipolar coupled NV center pair can be generated and be applied to sensing, it will have a potential to further improve sensitivity. We have developed a molecular ion implantation method to efficiently create NV center pairs. In this presentation, we report the generation of quantum entanglement state between NV center pair created by molecular ion implantation and discuss fidelity with quantum state tomography.
