We observed the surface electronic states and structures at CuPc or CoPc adsorbed 4H-SiC(0001) reconstructed surface. The electronic states were measured by metastable atom induced electron spectroscopy (MIES), the surface structures were observed by Low Energy Electron Diffraction (LEED) and Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM). MIES spectra showed the adsorbed formation of phthalocyanine molecule with increasing deposition rate of its. In this research, we studied the relationship between adsorbed formation and surface structure with changing the deposition rate from initial adsorption to thin film.
