Tetratitanium heptoxide has high electrical conductivity and shows an interesting metal-semiconductor phase transition. In this study, we developed a synthesis method of tetratitanium heptoxide nanocrystal. Furthermore, in this synthesis method, we have tried to develop a synthesis method for metal-substituted-type tetratitanium heptoxide with the purpose of controlling physical properties such as phase transition temperature and electrical conductivity.
