In order to realize broadband vibrational Raman spectroscopy using a single coherent light source, we are developing a phase-sensitive CARS spectroscopy method that simultaneously achieves broad bandwidth and high wavenumber resolution by applying phase modulation only to the narrowband component. The observed spectral bandwidth can be extended by extending the source bandwidth, but this requires sophisticated spectral phase adjustment. In this presentation, we will show that we have completely revised the optical elements, enabling measurement of spectra covered in the fingerprint region.
