We have proposed a reservoir computing method using FeFET and experimentally validated its performance. In this study, we investigate the performance of reservoir computing using p-channel FeFET, which has not been examined before, and discover that combining it with n-channel FeFET improves the performance of reservoir computing.<o:p></o:p>
