In the recent information society, random numbers are used in various situations such as cryptographic security in secret communication and large-scale numerical simulations. In this study, we experimentally extract the real and imaginary parts of complex electric field dynamics using optical coherent detection to recover the phase and frequency. Furthermore, we aim to generate physical random numbers by adding optical frequency difference to the acquired dynamics and evaluate the randomness.
