The inverted organic light emitting diode(iOLED) has the advantage of being excellent in atmospheric stability by using stable top metal electrode. However, a large electron injection barrier leads to high operating voltages and carrier imbalance, and low EQE, especially in the case of blue- and white-light emitting iOLEDs with high LUMO energy. The utilization rate of the spin-coating method was improved from about 5% to about 37% using the meniscus-coating method, and the efficiency was also improved.
