Although the development of highly efficient perovskite materials is important for perovskite solar cells, it takes a lot of time and cost to find the optimal combination of materials and coating conditions. In this study, we attempted to comprehensively optimize the material composition and coating conditions for CsFAPbI3-based perovskite solar cells using an automated coating system and Bayesian optimization. As a result, while the maximum conversion efficiency in the initial data was about 12%, we finally succeeded in fabricating perovskite solar cells with conversion efficiencies exceeding 20%.
