Cs0.05(MA0.17FA0.83)0.95Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3, which has been reported to exhibit high photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent stability, was fabricated using a bar coating method applicable to large-area production. The film coverage improved with increasing substrate temperature during film formation, and the thinnest and smoothest films were obtained at a coating bar sweep speed of 4.0 mm/s. Although PbI2 was generated by the thermal treatment after film formation, the exclusion of the thermal treatment prevented the formation of PbI2. The characteristics of solar cells fabricated under optimal conditions were compared with those of MAPbI3.
