MIOM capacitors are equivalent to the MIS capacitors when the organic semiconductor (OS)/metal (M2) contacts form an ohmic junction. However, OS/M2 junctions often form Schottky contacts. This presentation will discuss the hysteresis behavior that occurs during the charge injection/extraction process in such cases.
