The ESDUS method is a unique film deposition technique that enables the preparation of ultra-thin films using ultra-dilute polymer solutions on the ppm order. While this method has succeeded in wet process doping with ultra-dilute polymer solutions containing trace amounts of insoluble inorganic salts, a decrease in doping efficiency due to aggregation of dopants was inevitable. In this study, we applied the "additive effect" discovered in n-type doping to p-type doping, and investigated detailed conditions for its occurrence and effects other than aggregation suppression.
