Using two dimensional fluid model, it is found that gas temperature significantly affect to discharge structure in atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge.Without considering gas temperature, the discharge Without considering the gas temperature, the discharge occurs in the entire discharge space instead of the conventional filamentary self-organized discharge. And multiple local high-electron density regions are formed near the dielectric surfaces.
