To demonstrate the robustness of diamond quantum sensors for EV battery current monitor, busbar current was measured in a 0.1 Hz, 80 μTpp magnetic field noise that mimics the magnetic field noise in an EV vehicle. The diamond sensor consists of a 2x2x1 mm3 HPHT-Ib (111) crystal irradiated with 3x1018 cm-2 electrons. Differential detection of the resonance frequency difference could discriminate between 20 mA and 10 mA current pulses in the busbar.
