In this presentation, I will introduce the principle of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy, which is attracting attention as a high-speed molecular imaging method, and the fluorescence-SRS integrated imaging system we developed. I will also introduce super-multiplex imaging using Raman probes and metabolic imaging by deuterium labeling. In addition, I will introduce applications to visualize boron cluster compounds, which are expected to be boron drugs for neutron capture therapy, a promising cancer-selective radiotherapy.
