For quality assurance of dose distribution over a wide area, high resolution, and short time, we are investigating a 4D dose distribution estimation method using a gel dosimeter. In this study, we report the results of preliminary experiments on the 4D estimation method. We prepared LCV radiochromic layered gel dosimeters and irradiated them with Co-60 gamma rays. As a result, the dose profiles were obtained for horizontal, vertical, depth, and irradiation time, thus suggesting the possibility of 4D dose distribution estimation.
