In this presentation, we will discuss the evaluation of drugs encapsulated in liposomes using a photon-counting CT developed with a combination of a high-speed scintillator (YGAG:Ce) and a multi-pixel photon counter (MPPC). Specifically, we evaluated carboplatin (Pt concentrations of 1.8 mg/ml and 1.6 mg/ml) and oxaliplatin (Pt concentration of 1.0 mg/ml), which are used in chemotherapy.
