Polymer-Assisted Sublimation Growth (PASG) is a method to fabricate graphene on SiC substrates while suppressing step bunching. When graphene is prepared by PASG, step wandering occurs on the SiC substrate. In this study, we report the results of observation of step wandering process in graphene growth by PASG as a clue to suppress step wandering.
