[17a-P01-42] Improvement of Doping Concentration in Multilayer Graphene Films by Thermal CVD

In this study, we improved the sealing and increased the amount of chemicals during intercalation doping of multi-layer graphene (MLG : multi-layer graphene) to increase the doping concentration. The G-peak shift was larger than before the sealing improvement. The shift of the G-peak to higher frequencies increased with increasing the amount of chemicals.
