Ferroelectric thin films are not only utilized in memory and actuator applications but also hold potential for infrared sensors, energy harvesting, and cooling systems utilizing their pyroelectric and electrocaloric effects. While poling treatments are performed to enhance the piezoelectric properties of these films, there are limited studies on the effects of poling on the pyroelectric and electrocaloric properties. In this study, we investigate the impact of poling treatments on the pyroelectric and electrocaloric effects in the ferroelectric thin film.
