In this study, InGaN solar cells with antireflection coatings were irradiated with lasers at 393 nm, 395 nm, and 397 nm, and then the transmittance was measured. The transmittance under laser irradiations had the constant values regardless of the laser intensity. The lowest transmittance was obtained 24.2% at 393 nm, which should be reduced to improve the conversion efficiency.
