InGaP solar cells with DBR structures have been reported to have high photoelectric conversion efficiency, but there is concern that the reflectance of the DBR structure may shift to the left or right as temperature changes. When mounting in equipment or applying in water, there is a concern that the reflectance to wavelength in the DBR structure may shift to the left or right due to temperature change. Therefore, we measured the short-circuit current Isc of the InGaP solar cells at various temperatures to investigate the change in reflectance of the DBR layer with temperature change. As a result, Isc did not change as the temperature of the InGaP solar cell changed. This suggests that can be used in environments with temperature change.
