[19p-C42-12] Determination of deformation potentials for InGaN with low In composition region based on the k・pperturbation theory

本研究では、InGaN量子井戸における偏光特性を正確に予測するために、k・p摂動法と数多くのΔEの実験値を基に、InN(特に低In組成領域におけるInGaN)の変形ポテンシャルの決定を行った。その結果、得られたInNの変形ポテンシャルは、D₃=2.8 eV, D₄=-9.0 eV, D₅=-0.4 eV, D₆=-11.5 eVとなった。
