Recently, the use of excitons has been considered, and in a previous study, exciton transistor operation was achieved using excitons generated in transition metal Dicargogenide two-dimensional semiconductors. However, in previous studies of exciton propagation control, the exciton propagation was controlled only on the substrate, and the effects of trap levels and impurities at the TMDC-substrate interface could not be eliminated. In this study, we transferred MoS2 onto anisotropic hole patterns formed in SiO2/Si substrates and characterized excitons in suspended MoS2.
