本研究では、細胞への外来物質導入技術の一つであるフォトポレーションを、フェムト秒レーザーのラスタースキャンにより、処理効率を向上させようとした結果について報告する。マウス線維芽細胞に、蛍光標識した多糖であるFITCデキストランをラスタースキャンにより導入し、分子の導入成功率は手動操作の約半分となったが、処理効率は10倍以上に向上させることができた。
