We have already measured the magnetic susceptibility anisotropy ratios of Dy123 (DyBa2Cu3Oy (y = 6~7) ) subjected to different cooling treatments and oxygen-annealed Dy123, and the ratios decreased in the following order: (1) annealing temperature 650℃ in 0.1% oxygen atmosphere, (2) annealing temperature 550℃ in 0.1% oxygen atmosphere, and (3) annealing temperature 300℃ in 100% oxygen atmosphere. We discussed the formation of a twin structure based on the ratios.
In this study, we measured the magnetic susceptibility anisotropy ratio of Dy247( Dy2Ba4Cu7Oy (y = 14~15) ), compare the anisotropy ratio of Dy247 without a twin structure and those of Dy123 with a twin structure, and discuss the twin structure of Dy123.
