PVD法でSTO基板上に合成したNdNiO2はWeakly Insulating(WI)となりホールドープすることで超伝導が発現する。しかしバルクにおいては半導体的振る舞いとなり、CSD法でSTO基板上に合成した薄膜においても半導体的振る舞いを示す。本発表では各種基板を用いMOD法でNdNiO2単結晶薄膜を合成し、XRD、RSMおよび電気抵抗測定を行い基板圧力と輸送特性の関係を調べた。
