[22p-12G-6] New proposal of plasma heat flux measurement with water target

We have developed measurement method of plasma heat flux with DBD atmospheric plasma jet. Sometimes heat flux value becomes good measure of chemical reactive spices produced in plasma jet. When metal target is used, however, huge current might be induced to thermocouple circuit for narrow gap between jet and target. This makes limit to heat flux profile measurement. In this work, detail profile measurement with less conductive water as the target was conducted.
