Knowledge about how the stars move with the passage of time contributed to establishing classical mechanics. Tracking the time evolution of a state, i.e., time-resolved measurement, is one way of understanding physical principles of a system. In this talk, the recent advancement of the experimental techniques and its application to the time-resolved measurements in strong pulsed magnetic fields up to 60 T will be discussed.
